- Breakfast and "Genevan" Office
- Singing, meditation & briefing
- Activity (with light lunch)
- Debriefing and conversation
- Dinner
- Film or Relaxation
- Thursday PM / Friday AM - The land of mystery (and the question of ‘God’)

- Saturday - The mountain of care (and ‘the freedom of the Spirit’)

Guided wildlife excursion
- Sunday - The sea of tranquility (and the question of ‘Church’)

A full day visit to Iona
